 Please be aware, depending on number of registrations in a division, some teams may be COED!!
**Note - the region does NOT assign coaches. Each team will have volunteer who will become the coach**

Important Information for AYSO Families

We are a 100% volunteer-run organization, and we ask for your respect and patience for everyone involved—coaches, referees, staff, and board members. Every volunteer dedicates their personal time to creating a fun, fair, and safe soccer experience for all players. Treat others with kindness and professionalism, and it will be reciprocated.

Communication

All updates and important information are sent via email and social media. Please ensure you check your emails regularly. We are not responsible for missed information if emails are unread.

Registration & Coaching

• What’s Included: Your registration fee covers approximately 7 weeks of soccer, two practices per week, uniforms, and supplementary medical player insurance.

• Coaches Are Volunteers: The region does not assign coaches—a parent from each team volunteers. Refunds will not be issued if a team does not have a coach, as all coaches are volunteers.

• Team Placement Requests: You cannot request a specific coach or ask for children to be placed on a specific team with other families. The only exception is for siblings of the same gender in the same division. We do not make exceptions for carpooling, babysitting, or extended family (e.g., cousins).

Practices & Games

• Practice Schedule: Practices are held twice a week on either Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday. The coach sets practice days and times after receiving the team roster.

• You cannot request a practice schedule change. If the scheduled practice days don’t work for you, your child can still play in games, but we recommend discussing this with the coach.

• Game Schedule:

• Games are held every Saturday between 8 AM – 4 PM at Ralph M. Lewis Sports Complex.

• 6U – 10U play on grass fields, while 12U and older play on turf fields.
