AYSO Region 136 Refund Policy for Registration Fees
• Drop requests submitted at least 30 days before the start of the season are eligible for a refund of the division portion of the registration fee, minus a Drop Request Fee.
*The last day to request a refund for the 2025 Fall Season is 8/2/2025
• Drop requests submitted after this time are not eligible for a refund, as fees are already committed for the season.
• If a player cannot be reached within two weeks after the first practice, the player may be dropped from the team without a refund. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the player before this action is taken.

*NOTE* National Membership fee and service fee of $25 are NON-REFUNDABLE as those are charged directly from the National office and we have no control or funds to return.
Due to the ever-changing health guidelines and the environment that is surrounding us in these unprecedented times, AYSO has no control over when or how the governing bodies may change our ability to have our soccer season. In the event we are instructed to shut down our region again, we will NOT be able to provide a Refund or Credit of any fees paid to the region, including the National Fee.
